For those hit by a number of bugs we are trying our best to accommodate you. If you are victim of any of the three bugs below please go to the forums and post your details in the proper bug thread.

1. Players with no Driver/CD/Designer

2. Players accidentally retired who are back in C6, but should be in a different group.

3. Players who ran all their laps before drivers were fixed who absolutely need to have laps reset.

I will try and fix as many as possible before the season. Please only post if you require fixes to ensure time is devoted to those unable to play currently.

The "clones" bug should be fixed now, however if you were affected by it, there is one thing you have to do as well. Please go to Info center and retire your account, which will allow you to restart in c6 with fully functional account. I have also fixed drivers, so their caped skills are now 100. Also fixed drivers, designers and CDs of new managers who where getting default ones. Since there was not much time to fix everything and then for you to qualify, I have moved first race by 2 days as well.

Given that this season was not expected to start without design reset, I have decided that if we run a season it has to be on equal terms for everyone.
You get 50 Million, everyone's design is at basic 40 eff, equal drivers, designers and CDs with equal contracts. About the only thing that is different is sponsors.
At the end of this season everything is going to be reset again: - Your design will be reset as new design system will be implemented,
- Money will be reset to 20M for everyone.
- You will be able to sign new Driver, Designer and Cdirector before the start of season 41 (either last 2 weeks of season 40) or market before season 41 begins.
- Your sponsors will be reset to default ones as new marketing system is going to be implemented.
So this season you really can push with no reservations for the future, as things you do will only matter for next 17 races. This season will count for promotions, title, etc. After all it will be the most competitive season ever, so why not give the winner the credit he/she deserves?

I have good and bad news. Good - yes, the new season will start as planned on February 8th, restart will be done shortly. The bad - we do not have new design system in place yet, so we will run season 40 under last season rules (all of them). Of course it is not perfect that we did not complete development in time, but at some point we realized that the new system does not provide enough challenge and fun and had to redo most of it. Unfortunately I can not give you any screen-shots or any info as we do not want to reveal anything before the launch, which now is moved to season 41. As planned earlier, this also includes new sponsorship system, new staffing and even a little different way you do practice. During this time of heavy development my time online has also decreased dramatically, but that is only because I am so focused on finishing everything as soon as possible, so during s41 you will see me login few times less than usual as well, please do not take it as a bad sign, but know that it actually helps me to work faster - none of the development is done on live server, so there are days where I do not log in at all, and same applies to Neil too. Thank You all for patience and hope you will like what you see in season 41.
